Based in Phoenix, Gina Thomas has experience managing and delivering quality transit projects, from initial alternatives analysis, conceptual engineering, and planning-level cost estimating to final design and construction.
He previously excelled in various key roles within the company, including special projects manager, director of employee relations, terminal manager, and asst. of sales for the motorcoach & tour division.
Both roles will be integral to furthering the agency’s mission and vision by supporting communities within NCTD’s service area, the board of directors, elected officials, stakeholders, and staff, according to the agency.
Previously, new President Joseph Sczurko served as the CEO of Wood E&I when WSP announced its intention to acquire the business in 2022. Until this time, he led WSP’s Earth & Environment business in the U.S.
